Senior Director Front Line Risk Management is accountable for the design and development of risk analytics for the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. The individual will engage with multiple parties across the bank to develop multi-dimensional analytics that provide insights into third party risks that are faced by the enterprise, divisions, and business line levels. This is a key role in the maturation of the existing program, and will have high visibility across the organization.Developing risk analytics that cascade down and across the enterprise, providing insights to residual risk exposures across all levels of the organization, including recommendations for management action or decisions.Preparing quarterly executive and board level materials on the status of third party risk exposure to the bank.Support the development of risk appetite and associated key risk indicators.Responsible for assessing all existing data elements and feeds to determine and remediate any gaps in required data.Assessing existing aggregated risk reporting and defining improvement plans to enhance risk based views.Engaging with the TPRM program team on modifications to the policy and program components as needed.Engaging with the Third Party Assessments team on the status of reviews and data quality/completeness.Engaging with Systems team(s) to request enhancements as needed.Engaging with Business Services Analytics and Reporting team to migrate newly defined analytics and reporting to automated production routinesFurther engaging with Business Services Analytics and Reporting team to define business intelligence dashboards and tools that can be developed and deployed across the enterprise.Supporting the maturation of the TPRM program at Citizens with thoughtful input to policy, program, and procedure level requirements and activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Information Security, or Audit8+ years of Risk Management experience gained from working in financial services industry, preferably in Third Party Risk or Operational RiskExperience in an organization that is under strong regulatory oversight and scrutinyIntermediate knowledge of controls and risk assessmentStrong knowledge of regulatory guidance regarding third party riskBasic knowledge of business areas processes and/or products and operations; regulatory requirements; and key processes, controls and exposure areas Understanding of FFIEC guidelines and handbooksAbility to analyze and synthesize many risk data points and help the business to prioritize mitigationAnalytical thinking skillsStrong business writing skills Ability to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of the organizationProject management and time management skills to support multiple assignments on behalf of various stakeholdersLeadership, coaching and development of staffProficient use of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with business intelligence dashboards and toolsEducation/Relevant Certifications:Bachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s Degree preferred Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM)Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP)Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)Technology discipline certification such as CCNA, MCSE, RHCECertified Information Security Manager (CISM)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)Hours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday - FridayWhy Work with UsAt Citizens, you’ll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
