Shipping/Receiving: Project and Purchase Orders

  • Receives and inspects external packaging of all incoming shipments. Notifies delivery personnel of any apparent shipping damage and proceeds accordingly

  • Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed

  • Efficient processing of material receipts for timely distribution to other departments and inventory of production items

  • Prepare orders for shipment to customers.

  • Inventories outgoing shipments.

Buyback and De-Install Equipment

  • Assesses equipment for any damage.

  • Verifies equipment against buy-back/return ticket and enters appropriate inventory tracking information.

  • Removes any previously installed systems from equipment.

  • Maintains equipment inventory.

Providing Equipment for Project Orders

  • In coordination with Field Technicians, gathers equipment needed for prep.

  • Manages and organizes all staged orders

Incoming Shipments on the Loading Dock

  • Assists with transporting incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the loading dock.

  • Unloads or loads materials onto or off of pallets, skids or other lifting devices.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Two to four years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to operator a forklift a plus.

  • Time management – strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written

  • Flexibility – ability to effectively adapt to change

  • Strong customer service orientation
