Bank of America Treasury F&S Sr. Specialist- Implementation in Farmington, Connecticut
First point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests via email channel for high revenue clients. Handles end-to-end processing for less complex implementation while engaging other business partners as needed. May work with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of services. Key Responsibilities - Manage dedicated email inbox, prioritize, client requests, case and implement eligible items; Create a case/package for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicable; Receive and respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partners; Conduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiries; Utilize the various bank systems to support clients requests.
Business Specific Details:
Responsible for processing/building client requests for all service and setup requests. Highly organized individual that can read client requests and work with internal partners to complete client requests in a timely manner. Skill set includes working efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment.
1-3 years of prior banking experience with Treasury Management products experience with proven record of successful client relation
Able to work independently without close supervision
Comfortable with direct client and line partner interaction
Problem solving/analytical and organizational skills
Superior interpersonal skills with positive attitude and a team player
Flexible and willing to learn and adapt to change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced PC and office suite knowledge previous client portfolio ownership
Strong relationship building skills
Able to work in a fast pace environment
