Foley Carrier Services Account Manager in Hartford, Connecticut
As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary contact between clients and internal work groups at Foley for the purpose of delivering a superior client experience. In this role, you’ll communicate with clients regularly to understand their requirements and expectations, provide updates and technical support and ensure the proactive and timely resolution of issues as they arise. We are looking for a highly customer-centric individual with excellent relationship management skills who enjoys working through challenges.
Our office is located in the newly-renovated Colt Armory - a mixed use space that blends history with modern technology. Located in the historic Coltsville section of the city, you'll get all of the conveniences of working in Hartford - without the downtown traffic or parking challenges.
What are the Primary Job Functions of an Account Manager at Foley?
Assist mid-tier clients with their programs from problem to resolution
Become a subject matter expert on all of Foley’s products and services so that you can answer questions and provide the highest levels of service
Analyze client accounts to identify upsell opportunities and advise on program renewals
Receive and make phone calls in a call center environment – sometimes sharing calls with other Account Managers on your team
What You Need to Be Successful as an Account Manager at Foley?
3-5 years of customer/client service or administrative experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to prioritize responsibilities independently
A post-secondary school degree is preferred
