A manufacturing company in Plainville, CT is looking for an enthusiastic experienced Customer Service Representative/Sales Support Representative with a Customer Service manufacturing background. This is a temp to hire opportunity that is paying $18-20/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Liaison between the sales team, customer and internal departments

Interact with the sales team to insure order accuracy and timely shipment of orders

Handle incoming requests from customers and ensure issues are resolved professionally, promptly, thoroughly and in a timely manner

Track customer invoices including: payment, identify and follow-up on delinquent accounts, notify/update the department manager on problem accounts

Provide back-up support when other team members are out of the office

Generate reports as requested

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Required Skills and Experience:

Prior experience working for a Manufacturing company is REQUIRED!

Ability to think outside of the box, offering solutions to save time and increase productivity

Desire to cross-train and advance skill set/knowledge, within the department

Must possess a pleasant, patient and friendly demeanor

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be detail oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment is essential

Excellent computer/software skills including: Word, Excel and Outlook

Must possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality, willing to back up and support other team members as needed
