Role Value Proposition:

Focused on the property and casualty insurance businesses, the role’s primary focus is to design and implement digital marketing plans for internal customers by collaborating with team members and vendor partners. The candidate will work as part of a team whose objective is to drive agent engagement and ultimately impact sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns include a mix of channels; including email, paid media, direct mail, and event marketing.

  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize effectiveness. Report on key performance metrics for each channel as applicable to the specific campaign strategy.

  • Work with a cross functional team of creatives and vendors to drive content engagement across channels.

  • Create an assortment of content, including video, to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.

  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.

  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.

  • Report on sales revenue generated from campaign efforts.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 4+ years of consumer marketing with at least 2 years of email and organic search experience driving revenue and traffic.

  • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems. Experience with WordPress is a plus.

  • Proven work experience as a content creator, copywriter or similar role, capable of writing in a variety of tones, with a passion for great copy and creative.

  • Highly analytical and creative at the same time; a balance of creative and analytical mindset and interest

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Aftereffects, Google Analytics or Adobe Tag Management experience is a big plus. Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong team collaboration skills, solid presentation skills, able to arrange and run meetings with direction, leaving with clear objectives and tasks

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Writing samples required
