Production Technician II (Second Shift, 3:30p to 12:00am), $13.50 + Paid Shift Differential -ECI

Job Description:

As a Production Technician II, you will be required to excel in the areas of quality, quantity, teamwork, and work habits. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform set up and testing of computer equipment and components with software programs, including those required to troubleshoot, test, and erase computer hardware.

  • Perform intermediate troubleshooting on units missing hardware using established test equipment and procedures.

  • Analyze symptoms displayed by unit to determine pass or fail status of computer hardware

  • Perform regular mechanical or electronic adjustment to equipment being tested.

  • Disassemble, remove, and replace computer components, which may include computer memory, hard drives, or AC adapters.

  • Experienced with server hardware, hard drive arrays, RAID controllers, and similar technologies

  • Command line configuration experience with DOS, terminal, Cisco

  • Maintain a safe work environment and exceptional housekeeping by following established safety procedures including wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

  • Maintain required quality and production levels

  • Maintain administrative related duties in a timely manner (i.e. reports, timely punches at time clock, etc.)

  • Clean, package, and box items for resale.

  • Other duties as required
